Getting ready for drop-off day.

You pick a delivery window when you book: 7–11, 11–3 or 3–7. The supplier arrives inside it. You do not need to be home, provided we can reach the spot.

The one thing worth doing is telling us where to put it. The address step has a notes field, and it is read by the person driving — "second driveway past the hedge", "behind the side gate", "do not block the garage". That note is the difference between a bin where you wanted it and a bin where there was room.

Move cars before the window opens. A bin is placed from the back of a truck, and the space it needs is roughly its own length again behind it.

When you are finished, request pickup from your booking. We guarantee collection within 90 minutes of the time you ask for. If you do not ask, we collect at the end of the 14-day rental automatically.
