What the 14 days actually include.

Every booking includes the bin for 14 days. There is nothing to extend or renew inside that period, and no daily rate ticking along — the price you saw at checkout is the price.

If you fill it before then, request pickup and we collect within 90 minutes of your requested time. Most people do this well before day 14.

If you fill it and are not finished, you can swap it: we take the full bin and leave an empty one. Up to six swaps per booking, at no extra charge, and always with the same supplier. Request one from your booking and they confirm the time.

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your delivery window opens. After a bin has been delivered the job is done and is not refundable, which is why the checkout screen tells you the exact deadline before you pay.
